I wanted to do a round up of all my favorite makeup and skincare products for the month of February.
It has recently been snowing in London and i am eagerly waiting for spring to start, but have come to terms with the fact we still have a few more months to go… The only thing keeping me sane is playing with makeup and spring fashion stalking online.
Too faced Eyeshadow palette – Chocolate Bon Bon £39.00; Apart from the fact this smells like chocolate when you open the lid, this palette always makes me smile with the heart shaped shadow pans and colourful selection. The eye shadows are great quality, in between not pigmented enough and too much. The perfect amount of pay off for a natural eye look. Lots of neutral colours to play with, which i am a fan of and a few pops of pink if i am feeling adventurous. Overall a great palette i come back to on the regular.
Lanolips Lip balm, £10.99; I was given my first ever Lanolips lip balm as a Christmas present and have been hooked ever since. The texture is similar to the 8 hour cream by Elizabeth Arden but without the strong smell. You can apply on your lips or anywhere which needs a little tlc, for Elbows, heels and dry patches. This is a lip savior for the winter and preps my lips perfectly for makeup.
By Terry – Hydra Eclat face mask, £61.00; During the winter i am obsessed with masks, they give you that extra boost when your skin feels dull and pale. This mask is hydrating and has anti ageing ingredients. Leave it on for 10 minutes in the evening or you can massage the excess in and leave overnight for baby soft skin. This also smells of rose, much like a lot of By Terry skincare, if your into that you will love this.
Mac Retro Matte liquid Lipcolour – Divine Divine £18.00; One of my favourite liquid lipsticks, this really stays on your lips. The doe foot has a pointed tip for easy application. Matte on the lips but not too drying and has a very opaque colour. I wear Divine Divine which is a bright pink, Mac has a wide range of colours they add to often. Go check them out if you want something that lasts.
Jo Malone fragrance – Redcurrant & Cream (Limited) £47.00; They are known for their fresh and citrus fragrances, this one was my favorite from last year. Jo Malone have a wide range of scents to suit everyone, they always bring out new collections and currently have their English fields limited fragrances. Go to a counter for a complimentary arm and hand massage, you will find something to fall in love with.
I hope you liked this little round up, thanks for reading.
